Why are colleges so adverse to letting me give them money?
I got denied from both of my desired Summer courses because of pre-reqs they didn't tell me about until today. I'm not even allowed to sign up for them. Are they afraid I'll fail? Even then... if I fail the class, I have to pay them again to retake it.
Why is this so hard for them to grasp?
